PURPOSE: A cupping including an airtight packing is provided to enhance efficiency of discharging body fluid and prevent transform and breakaway of the airtight packing. CONSTITUTION: A cupping including an airtight packing comprises a cupping vessel(10) which has one opened side to be attached to an affected part and an insertion hole which is formed on an absorbing body to accept an airtight packing(20). The insertion hole is formed to be connected to internal space of the cupping vessel by vacuum density balance maintenance balls(30) formed in one side. The vacuum density balance maintenance balls are formed in at least 2 places at an equal angle. Stop projections are projected around inner circumference of entrance of the insertion hole.
