PURPOSE: A panel manufacturing method using a panel coupling beam and a panel thereof are provided to skip an insertion procedure of a coupling member and a punching procedure because a panel is produced by fixing a coupling beam in a coupling part of a panel. CONSTITUTION: A panel manufacturing method using a panel coupling beam is that a molding body(12), a fixing body(16), and a moving body(19) are coupled. A coupling beam is oppositely formed in a supporting bar and a receiving part(13) of the coupling beam accommodates bent ends of a wall. The both ends of the coupling beam are formed an insulation forming groove and a coupling projection of a panel and a beam having coupling groove shape are extended. A coupling member are fixed through a locking part(17) of the fixing body Insulation layer is made by foaming insulation materials inside the coupling beam and the beam through the forming groove of the beam. |
