<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated sheet which can suppress generation of a linear defect in an extrusion flow direction to give an excellent appearance to it. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the laminated sheet formed by laminating a methacrylic resin layer containing a rubber-like polymer on at least one surface of a polycarbonate resin layer includes the steps of melt-kneading the polycarbonate resin by a first extruder 2 and supplying it to a feed block 10, melt-kneading the methacrylic resin by a second extruder 5 and supplying it to the feed block 10 through a polymer filter 7, and integrating the polycarbonate resin with the methacrylic resin to form a laminate in the feed block 10 and then extrusion-molding it from a die 15 in the sheet-like form, wherein when W1 and W2 are taken for the width of a resin discharge port of the feed block 10 and the width of a resin discharge port of the die 15 respectively, W1 and W2 has a relation W1:W2=1:7-20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
