<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing cleaning device with high cleaning efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The constitution of the bearing cleaning device is as follows: A bearing 50 is mounted between two rotary drive shafts 30 and 30, which support the former while the latter rotate. Inside the bearing 50, a nozzle hollow shaft 1 is introduced along the axis 55. Further, the nozzle hollow shaft 1 includes a plurality of formed nozzle holes 10. A cleaning liquid is supplied to the nozzle hollow shaft 1 from a cleaning liquid supply device 16, and is jetted diametrally from the nozzle holes 10. In addition, the nozzle holes 10 are arranged spirally on the surface of the circumferential side of the nozzle hollow shaft 1, and spew the cleaning liquid to clean the internal circumference of the bearing 50 by the reverse rotation of the nozzle hollow shaft 1 to the rotating direction of the bearing 50 by a drive device 15. Besides, the nozzle hollow shaft 1 is constituted in the way it can move back and forth in the axial direction by the drive device 15, and cleans the internal circumference of the bearing 50 by jetting the cleaning liquid from the nozzle holes 10, while shuttling back and forth or rotating along the axis 55 of the bearing 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
