<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call response device capable of effectively providing a service to a user by preventing loss in the business time of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: An incoming call response device comprises: storage means for storing a start time to start the provision of a service with respect to an incoming call; automatic answering means for performing automatic answering with respect to a received incoming call after a time which is earlier than the start time stored in the storage means by a first prescribed time; and service provision means for providing the service after the start time stored in the storage means after the termination of the automatic answering by the automatic answering means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
