<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyano antidote capable of discharging cyanide ion to the outside of a body, even when a patient with cyanide poisoning is associated with carbon monoxide poisoning or dyspnea. <P>SOLUTION: The cyano antidote contains as an effective component, an inclusion complex acquired by including water-soluble metal porphyrin by a cyclodextrin dimer shown by chemical formula (1).
