The present invention relates to a buffering member comprising a first coil-type resilient member made of a metal material, and a second ball-type resilient member made of a soft synthetic resin material which is inserted into the first resilient member. The present invention also relates to a jumping board having the buffering member. Thus, the buffering member and the jumping board having same according to the present invention use the second resilient member to prevent or suppress contact between spiral portions of the first resilient member during the buffering operation of the buffering member. In addition, extraction and contraction operations of the first resilient member may be stably performed in a lengthwise direction of the first resilient member by means of the second resilient member, to thus prevent the buckling of the first resilient member, thereby effectively reducing noise caused by the buffering operation of the buffering member and effectively improving the buffering performance of the buffering member. |
