<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge visual difference between high beams and low beams. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture for a vehicle 1 includes a bulb 10, a projection lens 20 arranged in front of the bulb 10, a first reflecting surface 31 which reflects light from the bulb 10 toward the projection lens 20 and condenses the reflected light in the vicinity of a focal point F1 of the projection lens 20, a shade 60 which is installed movably between a shading position and a retreating position, a second reflecting surface 70 which is installed on the rear face of the shade 60, a third reflecting surface 41 which is arranged at the lower part of the focal point F1 of the projection lens 20 and reflects the reflected light reflected by the second reflecting surface 70 toward the front when the shade 60 is located in the shading position, and a right-and-left pair of fourth reflecting surfaces 42, 43 which are arranged at the lower part of the focal point F1 of the projection lens 20 and reflect the reflected light reflected by the second reflecting surface 70 to the diagonal right front and the diagonal left front when the shade 60 is located in the shading position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
