Device for dispersing luminous optic beams in flat real fixed or in motion images, a spectroscopic observation fixed device, which concentrates the luminous optic beams of a TV, film or pictures of a 2D flat real fixed or in motion image into a container which comprises an inlet or access divided into a left and right part, these parts being separated by an antireflective wall which starts in the aforementioned access and ends where the two reflective inner walls, left and right start, but without touching them. A collection-concentration zone is formed from the access, where a light intensity filter is located, to the end portion of the non reflective wall. The zone of dispersion of the luminous optic beams of the individual, unique flat 2D real fixed or in motion image, includes the inner left and right reflective walls and the outer left and right reflective walls up to the observation orifices for the left and right eyes. The area of the image observed through the mentioned device may be increased by increasing the observation distance without requiring adjustments. Once the image is observed in a simultaneous manner with both eyes, the three-dimensional effect of 3D immersion may be observed clearly and with good luminosity, so that the image may be observed in broad daylight. The device may be used in eyeglasses or goggles and may include a filter for regulating the intensity of light at the input. The design of the inner reflective walls allows the same to act and work as arrowhead of optic immersion in the unique observed image, allowing the deflexion of the double image to be performed in the outer reflective elements towards the orifices for the left eye 8 and right eye 9, and the observation with the fixed device once it is assembled, then generating, from any observation angle, a stereoscopic vision of the unique image observed in a natural physiological manner.
