<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack with a simple and compact structure, capable of reliably preventing liquid junction with improved drainage, and capable of ensuring excellent power generation performance. <P>SOLUTION: A humidifier 36 which is a component of a fuel cell stack 10, comprises a humidifier joint 101 attached to an end plate 62b, and resin-made piping 112 received in the humidifier joint 101. A drainage container 104 with a drainage chamber 106 for storing water drained from the resin-made piping 112, is integrally formed at the bottom of the humidifier joint 101.
