<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition containing a nucleic acid molecule, combined with a delivery vehicle for promoting the transfer of the nucleic acid molecule to cell, which encodes a protein lacking tyrosine kinase activity and forming a dimer with a receptor member of erbB family; and provide a method for preventing a tumor and treating an individual having a tumor by administration of such medicinal composition. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is use of a specific antibody to the erbB protein in the manufacture of a medical drug for a combined therapy directed at an individual having an erbB protein-mediated tumor. The combined therapy includes an administration of the medical drug together with an anticancer irradiation. The antibody specific to the erbB protein is combined with the erbB protein to thereby inhibit a formation of the erbB protein dimer which causes a rise of tyrosine kinase activity in the tumor cell. As a result, a tumor cell growth inhibition is obtained, and the means of carrying out anticancer irradiation after the administration of the antibody can be provided, and also the medicinal composition containing the antibody can be provided.
