<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical lens sheet with high shape-arrangement rate which improves casting of a sheet-like resin material and prevents shape-losing in molding of the optical lens sheet by pressing the sheet-like resin material pushed out from a die head between a pressing roll and a shape-arranging roll. <P>SOLUTION: The shape-arranging roll 1 is prepared by applying a surface treatment K to the surface of a shape-arranging roll pattern "a" in order to endow a low thermal conductivity. The surface treatment K means covering by coating of a resin such as fluorocarbon resin, a ceramic coating or insulative coating. The die head 3 for extruding a resin material J is moved to a position adjacent to a transfer part P to introduce the resin material J from the die head 3 to the transfer part P. Thereby, the fluidity of the resin material J is optimized, and it becomes possible to stably, continuously obtain the optical lens sheet J1 with high shape-arrangement rate which has high filling-casting performance upon pressing and prevents shape-losing in molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
