<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel saving driving evaluation device capable of evaluating whether the driving of a driver is fuel saving driving more meticulously while having a simple and inexpensive structure. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel saving driving evaluation device for a vehicle determines whether the fuel saving driving is being performed based on operation of the driver, and when it is determined that the fuel saving driving is being performed, the device adds a fuel saving evaluation point. When it is determined that the fuel saving driving is not being performed, the device deducts the fuel saving evaluation point.
