<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire molding device that can effectively prevent an unexpected separation from a carcass material, rubber chafer material and so on, as a band structural component of an inner liner rubber material that is located at the innermost layer when winding back a squeezed deformed part of band around a bead-ring. <P>SOLUTION: The tire molding device includes: a molding drum 1 for supporting a band 2 that is larger than an inner diameter of the bead-ring 4; a diameter shrinking means for squeeze-deforming both ends 2a of the band 2 protruding from both ends of the molding drum 1 into an outer diameter corresponding to the inner diameter of the bead-ring 4; a band folding back means for winding a squeezed and deformed portion around the bead-ring 4 prepared on the squeezed and deformed portion of the band 2; and a cylindrical protrusion 1a protruding the outside of the direction axial line at both ends of the molding drum 1, and supporting the squeeze-deformed part from an inner circumferential side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
