<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid deviation of a center by providing magnets at four corners of a cross stand to hold a rotary stand and to lay the rotary stand together with the drum thereon. <P>SOLUTION: A tool body with four arms, in which each of arms (2), (3) having one joint is provided with a fulcrum fixing part (4) and a movable fulcrum fixing part (5), is integrated with a tool holder at a center of the cross stand by being screwed in. Rotation of a handle (1) at a lower part causes vertical movement of a movable fixing metal fixture (7) by a screw part (6a) of a shaft (6) and when the arm hangs down, the metal fixture (7) becomes broader than a drum diameter to press and fix the drum from inside.
