PURPOSE:To generate an output voltage having nonlinear function by inclining two linear square magnetic resistance elements of the same characteristics at the prescribed angle with respect to the center of rotation of a semicircular rotary magnetic field, and rotating the magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic resistance elements 10, 11 are formed as linear square elements of the same shape and characteristics, and inclined and disposed at an angle of phi with respect to a broken line 15 passing the center 13 of the rotation of a semicircular rotary magnetic field 12. In other words, one electrode such as an output terminal 15 side is determined at an internal S21, and the other electrode such as the side of a power source 14 is determined at an interval S22 (where S21<S22). The electrodes of one ends of the elements 10, 11 are connected with the power source such as the different electrode of the DC power source 14, and the electrode of the other end is connected with a common output terminal 15. In this structure, when the magnetic field 12 is rotated from the position of the broken line 16, it becomes the output characteristics of approximate arc tangent function, and the characteristic curve varies in response to the magnitude of the angle phi. |
