<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in that: although sag adjustment is performed by tensile force, tensile force adjustment using a winch requires too large a device, limiting a site where the adjustment can be performed; and although a conventional electric wire tensioner with a torque wrench has high mobility because of its handy configuration, an electric wire or a wire pulling the electric wire is wound repeatedly when a winding-up reel is wound up, so the torque at the point where the torque wrench folds differs from the tensile force needed for the electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: In an electric wire tensioner in which a winding portion winding a wire rod connected to a wire grip gripping an edge of an electric wire is rotated by a torque handlebar, a span scale is formed in a setting portion of a torque in the torque handlebar and the winding portion provides the electric wire tensioner with a unchanged winding-up diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
