<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trailer floor structure and a method for manufacturing a trailer floor capable of improving vehicle width dimensional accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: In the trailer floor structure in which a plurality of floor components 30 extended in a vehicle length direction are connected in a vehicle width direction and joined by welding, one (outside floor component 36) of at least two adjacent floor components 30 (36, 37) is provided with a width adjustment plate 50 having an adjustment margin in the width direction of a floor, and the other floor component (end part floor component 37) is provided with a joint plate 55 joined to the width adjustment plate 50 by one-side fillet weld. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
