<p>A vehicle exhaust gas treatment apparatus including a diesel particle filter, DPF, 15 with a selective catalytic reduction, SCR, coating, an inlet piping 19 in fluid communication with the DPF and being positioned parallel to the DPF, an outlet pipe 25 in fluid communication with the DPF and being positioned parallel to the DPF, where the apparatus is arranged such that exhaust gas flows through the inlet pipe in a first direction from a first inlet pipe end to a second inlet pipe end, the exhaust gas flows through the DPF in a second direction, generally parallel to and opposite to the first direction, and gas flows through the outlet pipe generally in said first direction from a first outlet pipe end to a second outlet pipe end. There may also be a diesel oxidation catalyst, DOC, in the exhaust line.</p> |
