PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent the damage of a semiconductor layer due to laser lift-off by eliminating a substrate through wet etching. CONSTITUTION: A reflecting layer(350) is arranged on a support layer(355). A second electrical conductive semiconductor layer(335), an active layer(330), and a first electrical conductive semiconductor layer(325) are successively laminated on the reflecting layer. A light-emitting structure(305) comprises the second electrical conductive semiconductor layer, the active layer, and the first electrical conductive semiconductor layer. A first electrode is arranged on the surface of the first electrical conductive semiconductor layer. The second electrical conductive semiconductor layer covers a side of the active layer and a partial side of the first electrical conductive semiconductor layer. |
