PURPOSE: An electronic document distributing system and an electronic document distributing method are provided to enable a person, a business man, and a small sized company to build an electronic document distributing system which guarantees reliability. CONSTITUTION: A transceiving entity(101) distributes an electronic document through a distribution message server. An electronic document distributing hub(102) registers and manages an electronic address of the transceiving entity. The electronic document distributing hub sets an electronic document distributing path of the transceiving entity. The electronic document distributing hub provides a standardized format of the electronic document to the transceiving entity. A third party repository(103) receives and stores a distribution certificate.
