TRANSGENIC MICE THAT UBIQUITOUSLY EXPRESSED THE HUMAN FERRITIN AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A recombinant vector and transgenic mouse for tissue-non specific expresison of human ferritin is provided to monitor cell and tissue therapy. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for tissue-non specific expression of human ferritin contains a cytomegalovirus early enhancer element and a promoter containing beta-actin promoter which is operatively linked to human ferritin gene. The recombinant vector contains base of sequence number 1. A transgenic mouse which expresses human ferritin by tissue-non specific method is prepared by transforming by the vector. The promoter is CAG promoter. A method for producing the transgenic mouse comprises: a step of preparing the recombinant vector; and a step of transforming the vector into a mouse fertilized egg.
