<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer stirring member or the like which requires no change to a high-rigidity material or no special member in order to strongly stir a developer uniformly in a lengthwise direction of the stirring member. <P>SOLUTION: A developer stirring member 55 includes a support shaft 61 rotatably supported in a developer storage part 14 and a sheet-like member 60 for stirring the developer. One end side in a breadthwise direction of the sheet-like member 60 is a fixed end fixed to the support shaft, and the other end side in the breadthwise direction of the sheet-like member is a free end.
