<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly adhere an adhesive material on a mounted material by picking up the adhesive material from an adhered body using a collet when a structure having the adhesive material with adhesiveness mounted on the mounted material is manufactured. <P>SOLUTION: An adhered body 100, on the other side of which an adhesive material 1 is adhered, is prepared, and a collet 10 which has a through hole 23 opened on one surface is used. One side of the adhesive material 1 is adhered on one surface of the collet 10, so that the adhesive material 1 intrudes into the through hole 23. Under such a condition, the adhesive material 1 is peeled from the adhered body 100 and picked up. Then, the other face of the adhesive material 1 is adhered on a mounted material 2 by the collet 10. Thereafter, while one face of the adhesive material 1 is pressed by a rod 32 via the through hole 23, one face of the collet 10 is peeled from the adhesive material 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
