<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a board picture display method and a program for improving visibility and operability, and for supporting the determination of a user in ordering, and for preventing any erroneous ordering due to picture update in, for example, a board picture in a securities ordering system under large traffic. <P>SOLUTION: This information processor in a securities ordering system is configured to update and scroll display information of a board picture according to the fluctuation of distributed board information, and to detect the position of a pointer of a pointing device. When the pointer is positioned on the board ordering picture, the update frequency of the display information of the board picture is made lower than normal, and the scroll is stopped.
