<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an energy usage efficiency while suppressing enlargement of device configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-function device 10 includes toner cartridges 95c, 95m, 95y and 95k detachably mountable on the device, and piezoelectric element units 702 provided at positions respectively opposite to the toner cartridges 95c, 95m, 95y and 95k. The piezoelectric element units 702 include piezoelectric elements converting applied pressure into electric power.
