The board (1) has a reinforcement element (3) arranged at a side surface of a concrete body (2), and a composite unit with a cavity provided in the element. The element is formed in shape of a pane with two parallel planar surfaces such that entire volume of the element is arranged within the surfaces. A thrust dowel exhibits shape of a cylinder or a prism with an axle that lies normal to the element. Base surfaces of the cylinder or the prism lie in the surfaces, and the cavity exhibits geometrical shape similar to the dowel, where the dowel is arranged in the cavity. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a composite board. The reinforcement element is made of metal, metal alloy, plastic or fiber reinforced plastic. The concrete body is made of fiber-reinforced concrete and/or ultrahigh-fixed concrete.
