<p>Apparatus for quick production of a hot liquid in particular high pressure and temperature water, provided with a premixed modulating gas burner and with a low temperature exchanger, adapted to preheat a water flow, which completely surrounds the combustion chamber by means of an annular chamber, a connection chamber and a bottom chamber, and a high temperature tubular exchanger supplied with preheated water coming from the low temperature exchanger through at least one connection circuit provided with a first three-way valve susceptible to communicate the low temperature exchanger with the high temperature exchanger selectively by means of a low pressure pump or by means of a high pressure pump.
