A process for the preparation of 1,2,3-trialkylpyrazoles and carbocyclic analogs thereof by Vilsmeier–Haack reaction of general formula:,wherein Alk= Me, ipr, ffiu Alk= Me, Et, ipr, tbu Alk= Me, Et n= 1, 2, 3.Ketone alkylhydrazones are subjected to subsequent interaction with complex of dimethylformamide and phosphorus oxychloride at 80-90 °C and 30% sodium hydroxide at room temperature in aqueous solution with further separation of desired products by conventional methods. |
