<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, which is easy to focus and capable of taking a two-dimensional image of an outer surface of a cylinder or an inner surface of a cylindrical tube in a short time without missing any image to be taken. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus 1 is easy to focus since it captures catoptric light by a surface of an imaging surface of an area camera 31, not by a line like a line camera, and also, it obtains images in uniform quality whose brightness is constant since highlight portions can be surely received by capturing the images in constant width even when the highlight portions are slightly moved in the case of using the area camera 31. Accordingly, the imaging apparatus 1 is easy to focus and is able to take a two-dimensional image of an inner surface of a cylindrical tube without causing light quantity unevenness, compared to conventional imaging apparatuses using line cameras. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
