PURPOSE: The humidifying filer of a dual-layered structure and a device including the same are provided to suppress the generation of scales and maintain a humidifying function through a rear side filtering part and to eliminate scales through a front side filtering part. CONSTITUTION: A humidifying filter(10) is composed of a front side filtering part(11) and a rear side filtering part(13). The front side filtering part is composed of a first filtering medium(12). The rear side filtering part is composed of a second filtering medium(14). A coating layer(15) is formed on the second filtering medium. The coating layer is in contact with the front side filtering part and includes the mixture of paraffin wax and hydrophobic polymer. The filtering media are composed of natural cellulose, regenerated cellulose, or synthetic cellulose.
