<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery device that calculates a charge/discharge capacity of a secondary battery cell more accurately. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery device comprises: a battery pack 10 including a plurality of secondary battery cells BT; a voltage measuring circuit 20 for measuring a terminal-to-terminal voltage of the secondary battery cells BT; a current detecting circuit 30 for detecting a current value flowing in the battery pack 10; a determination unit 52 for setting a low potential side voltage criterion L1 and a high potential side voltage criterion H1, and determining whether or not the terminal-to-terminal voltage is higher than the low potential side voltage criterion L1 and lower than the high potential side voltage criterion H1; and a charge/discharge capacity calculating unit for, when the terminal-to-terminal voltage is determined to be higher than the low potential side voltage criterion L1 and lower than the high potential side voltage criterion H1 by the determination unit 52, calculating the charge/discharge capacity of the secondary battery cells BT according to a current integration value detected by the current detecting circuit 30, and calculating the charge/discharge capacity from a charged state corresponding to the terminal-to-terminal voltage when the terminal-to-terminal voltage is determined to be equal to or lower than the low potential side voltage criterion L1 or equal to or higher than the high potential side voltage criterion H1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
