<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the detection accuracy of the tension of a fabric to perform accurate fabric take-up control. <P>SOLUTION: A deceleration mechanism 21 comprises: a worm wheel 11; a worm 13; and a deceleration gear group 17. A wheel box 12, a worm box 15 and a deceleration gear box 16 are integrated together to form a deceleration mechanism box 22 that houses the deceleration mechanism 21. The deceleration mechanism box 22 is integrated with a take-up roller shaft 6 to receive torque against the take-up. A load cell 23 is provided between the worm box 15 and a side frame 7 to prevent the rotation of the deceleration mechanism box 22. Force received by the deceleration mechanism box 22 is detected by the load cell 23 and output to a control device 27. The control device 27 derives the torque against the take-up from the force received by the deceleration mechanism box 22, calculates a fabric take-up tension based on the torque against the take-up, and controls the rotation of the dedicated motor 20 based on the fabric take-up tension. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
