<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film for light extraction, with both optical performance and mechanical performance improved. <P>SOLUTION: A rugged structural part 12 of an optical film having a transparent base material film 14 and a rugged structural part 12 comprises an active energy ray-curable resin containing the following (A) a component, (B) a component and (C) a component: (A) a urethane (meth)acrylate compound containing at least one kind of urethane (meth)acrylate compound having three or more (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule, (B) a di(meth)acrylate compound having no urethane bond and two (meth)acryloyl groups in the molecule, and (C) a radical photoinitiator. The rugged structural part 12 has a rugged structure formed on one side thereof.
