<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable warning of failure in a battery with more sufficient accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A battery failure warning device includes a memory 20 which stores information that stipulates a standard variable value of a battery residual quantity when carrying out power supply to a load of a battery 1 for each consumption current of the load connected to the battery 1; specifies the standard variable value of the battery residual quantity corresponding to total consumption currents of the loads 31-3n connected to the battery 1 based on the information stored in the memory 20: determines the failure of the battery 1 by comparing the standard variable value of the battery residual quantity with the variable value of the battery residual quantity of the battery 1; and warns the failure in the battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
