PURPOSE: A heating mat equipped with a heating film assembly is provided to improve electric field and magnetic field interception efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A heating mat equipped with a heating film assembly comprises: non-woven fabric(130) installed on the top of bottom paper; a heating film assembly which is installed on the top of the non-woven fabric, is provided with electricity, and generates heat; and a shielding member(120) which is installed between upper paper and the heating film assembly and blocks electric field generated from the heating film assembly. The heating film assembly includes a first heating unit and a second heating unit.
