PURPOSE: A knee bolter for vehicles is provided to distribute a weighted load to the other knee side by fluid shock absorption, thereby solving the unbalance of a right and left knee load. CONSTITUTION: A knee bolster for vehicles includes a shock absorbing cylinder device(100), and a knee bolster plate(200). The shock absorbing cylinder device comprises a pair of pistons(110,120) to move in an opposite direction to each other. The shock absorbing cylinder device has a pair of the pistons to interlock each other by fluid(140) inside a cylinder(130). The knee bolster plate is connected to a pair of the pistons with a revolute joint(R). The knee bolster plate moves right and left on a knee position of a passenger due to the movement of the pair of pistons to an opposite direction to each other. |
