<p>Disclosed is a method for producing alkoxy hydrosilane. In the disclosed method of producing alkoxy hydrosilane (A) represented by H-SiR2 c(CR1 3-bYb)a(OR8)3-a-c (3) (wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group, R2 is a hydrocarbon group, R8 is a hydrocarbon group, Y is a hetero substituent, a is 1 or 2, b is 1, 2, or 3, and c is 1 or 0), a halohydrosilane compound (B) represented by H-SiR2 c(CR1 3-bYb)aX3-a-c (1) (wherein X is a halogen atom) is reacted with ortho esters (C) wherein the condition holds that the molar ratio of the ortho esters (C) to the halohydrosilane (B) is always at least 1.</p> |
