PURPOSE: A meat roasting oven is provided to gradually and evenly roast meat using a grill which moves from side to side and rotates. CONSTITUTION: A meat roasting oven comprises a yellow soil firebrick body(50), a fuel supply part(60), a grill(70), and a driving part. The yellow soil firebrick body comprises a support(51), an inclined surface(52) for guiding water or oil created in the oven to a collecting tank, the collecting tank(53), a cooking stove(54) with a plurality of through holes(54a), and an elvan placing net(55) which is provided above the stove. The fuel supply part is provided on one side of the stove and supplies fuel stored in a body(61) to the stove by a screw(63) which is rotated by a drive motor(62). The driving part is provided on the rear side of the yellow soil firebrick body and drives the grill by moving from side to side along a guide hole(59) and rotating. |
