The device (1) has a cleaning space (3) with connecting device (4A-4C) and an instrument for cleaning is connected. A delivery device comprises frame (6) that is formed on nozzle for dispensing cleaning medium on outside of instrument. The frame is moved in relation and essentially follows longitudinal axis of instrument connected to connecting device. A magnetic coupling device transmits driving movement generated outside of cleaning space for moving frame in relation to connecting device. An independent claim is included for method for manufacturing cleaning device.
