PURPOSE: A transmission of a hybrid vehicle is provided to prevent the generation of a shift damage and improve the acceleration response by smoothly making a shift. CONSTITUTION: A transmission of a hybrid vehicle comprises an input device, an output device, a first motor generator(MG1), a second motor generator(MG2), a first planetary gear set(PG1), a second planetary gear set(PG2), a third planetary gear set(PG3), a first clutch(CL1) and a second clutch(CL2). The first planetary gear set, input device, output device and the first motor generator are connected. The second planetary gear set is coupled with the output device and the second motor generator. The first rotation element of the first planetary gear set and the first rotation element of the second planetary gear set are connected with the output device. The second rotation element of the first planetary gear set is connected to the input device and the third rotation element is connected to the first motor generator.
