<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing method and an apparatuses of web of a plastic film, a glass film, a metal film or the like in which the web is washed by cleanliness. <P>SOLUTION: A washing liquid is supplied to at least one surface of front and rear surfaces of a web 2. Thereby, a liquid current along the surface of the web 2 is generated. In the washing liquid, a blast material 12 to contact foreign matters 11 which exists on the surface of the web 2 is mixed. Therefore, not only a peeling action by the liquid current itself along the surface of the web 2, but also a peeling action by contacting of the blast material 12 works to the foreign matters 11.
