<p>A method and system for implementing uplink seizing of a group call channel are provided by the present invention. The method comprises: in a group call uplink channel seizing process, after determining that a Mobile Station (MS) seizes the uplink channel, the MS returns function information of itself to a Base Station Subsystem (BSS) (400); each BSS administered by a Mobile Switch Center (MSC) to which the MS belongs respectively forwards the received MS function information to an anchor MSC (401); and the anchor MSC issues the function information of a selected new speaker to all mobile service users and dispatchers in the group call (402). The method of the present invention enables the MSC to acquire the function information of the MS which initiates group call uplink channel seizing in the BBS administered by the MSC; then the MSC sends the function information of the new selected speaker to all mobile service users and dispatchers to ensure that the mobile service users and dispatchers accurately perceive the function information of the current speaker so as to specify whether the presentation of the speaker is required to listen to according to the function information of the new speaker.</p> |
