<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure that has excellent soundproof performance. <P>SOLUTION: A floor structure 1 has a structure that comprises a floor slab, a rubber constituting section provided on the surface of the floor slab and a finishing plate provided on the surface of the rubber constituting section, or a structure that comprises a floor slab 2, a rubber constituting section 5 provided on the surface of the floor slab 2, a reinforcing backing plate 6 provided on the surface of the rubber constituting section 5 and a finishing plate 8 provided on the surface of the reinforcing backing plate 6.
