Arrangement for the production of blade using resin that is degassed prior to mixing with a hardener

The arrangement for the production of a blade is disclosed. The arrangement comprises a fist container (1), a second container (2), a degas system (3) and a machine (5). The first container (1) contains a resin. The resin is provided from the first container (1) to the degas system (3) to reduce the amount of gas in the resin. The second container (2) contains a hardener. The machine (5) is connected with the degas system (3) so that the gas reduced resin is provided to the machine (5). The machine (5) is connected with an enclosed composite structure (8) of the blade. The mixture of hardener and gas reduced resin is originated by the machine (5) and is injected into the composite structure (8) to manufacture the blade. The arrangement further comprises a measurement equipment that measures the level of gas within the resin. The flow through the degas system (3) is controlled in dependency of the level of gas in the resin that is measured by the measurement equipment.
