PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for purifying fluorine contaminated soil using an electrokinetic technology enhanced by second dimensional electrode array are provided to reduce a cost required for manufacturing and installing electrodes by reducing the number of the electrodes. CONSTITUTION: An anode unit(2) and a cathode unit(3) are installed at the fluorine contaminated soil of fluorine contaminated soil ground(1). An electrolyte solution is introduced into and discharged from each anode unit and the cathode unit to be circulated. Power is applied to the anode unit and the cathode unit. Electrokinetic is generated from the electrodes, and a purifying process is implemented based on the electrokinetic. The anode unit is installed at the center of the fluorine contaminated soil. The cathode unit is hexagonally arranged based on the anode unit.
