<p>Methods of treating, preventing, and managing tuberculosis and other related disorders are disclosed. The methods comprise the administration of a PDE4 modulator, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate, hydrate, clathrate, stereoisomer, or prodrug thereof, optionally in combination with a second active agent and/or other conventional therapies. Pharmaceutical compositions, single unit dosage forms, and kits suitable for use in such methods are also disclosed.</p> |
