PURPOSE: A tube head forming device is provided to maintain high productivity by smoothly cooling multiple heads in a short time. CONSTITUTION: A tube head forming device comprises a tube feeding part(120), a ladle rotating part(130), a head molding part(140), and a molded head cooling part(20). A tube, provided through the tube feeding part, is inserted into Randle to rotate. The head is shaped in the head molding part. An auxiliary ladle(10) as Randle of form is installed between randles. The molded head cooling part is formed in one side of the head molding part. Right after the head is molded, the molded head cooling part cools the head.
