PURPOSE: A panel control adjusting device is provided to accurately attach two panels without enabling a panel attachment device to cross the attachment location. CONSTITUTION: A first tilting actuator(146) provides a rotary power to a first tilting plate(115). A second tilting actuator(157) provides the rotary power to a second tilting plate(116). A rotary plate(113) rotates round a rotary shaft(139). A rotary actuator(138) provides the rotary power to the rotary plate. A first plate moving device(122) provides the moving power to the first moving plate(111). A second plate moving device(130) provides the moving power to a second moving plate(112).
