PURPOSE: A slope protection work for a tidal power station and a scour protection mounting method are provided to prevent the scour on a slope surface which is formed by high and strong waves. CONSTITUTION: A slope protection work for a tidal power station is composed like next. A levee riprap(11) and a wing wall(7) are formed on the slope surface. The steel reinforcement bars are arranged and the concrete is poured in the slope surface. A reinforced concrete weight material is connected to the bottom of the reinforced concrete covering(13). A scour preventive armor stone is piled on the slope surface.
